以NC-510为先导化合物,设计合成了一系列基于噻(二)唑的丙烯腈类化合物,其结构经~1H NMR和MS等谱图表征确证。杀虫活性测试结果表明,在500 mg/L剂量下,所合成的化合物对同翅目害虫蚜虫均具有100%的杀虫活性;进一步研究发现,化合物7a对蚜虫杀虫活性(LC_(50)=3.46 mg/L)与先导化合物NC-510的活性(LC_(50)=0.61 mg/L)接近,具有进一步优化前景。
A series of acrylonitrile compounds based on thiazole were designed and synthesized with NC-510 as the lead compound. Its structure was confirmed by ~ 1H NMR and MS spectra. The insecticidal activity test results showed that the compound synthesized at the dosage of 500 mg / L had 100% insecticidal activity against the homopteran aphids. Further studies showed that the insecticidal activity of compound 7a on aphids (LC 50) = 3.46 mg / L) was close to the activity of the lead compound NC-510 (LC 50 = 0.61 mg / L) with further optimization prospects.
