目的观察左归丸对左旋单钠谷氨酸(monosodiumglutamateMSG)大鼠下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴的影响,探讨肾阴虚与MSG大鼠下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴亢进的联系。方法新生期大鼠出生后的第2、4、6、8、10天皮下注射MSG(4mg/g/d),成年后以不同浓度的左归丸灌胃1个月,观察血中CORT,ACTH及下丘脑CRH含量的变化。结果MSG大鼠血CORT、ACTH和下丘脑CRH含量明显升高(P<0.05),不同浓度的左归丸灌胃后,能不同程度地减轻HPA轴的功能亢进状态。提示MSG大鼠所表现的HPA轴功能亢进与肾阴虚有关,左归丸能有效地改善HPA轴的功能亢进
Objective To observe the effect of Zuogui Pill on the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis in rats with monosodium glutamate (MSG) and to explore the relationship between kidney deficiency and hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis in MSG rats. Methods MSG (4mg/g/d) was injected subcutaneously on the second, fourth, sixth, eighth and tenth day after birth in neonatal rats. After adulthood, Zuogui Pill with different concentrations was given for one month to observe the CORT in blood. Changes in ACTH and CRH content in the hypothalamus. Results The levels of CORT, ACTH and CRH in the hypothalamus of MSG rats were significantly increased (P<0.05). Different concentrations of Zuogui Pills can relieve the hyperfunction of HPA axis to varying degrees. It is suggested that the hyperactivity of HPA axis in MSG rats is related to kidney yin deficiency. Zuogui pill can effectively improve the function of HPA axis.
