随着高新技术装备不断入役,武器装备日益复杂,多功能、多系统执行多种任务的程度越来越高。如何有针对性地开展综合保障工作,使装备满足使用需求,是目前装备保障面临的突出难题。通过开展战备完好性评估,制定装备保障措施,针对性地开展装备综合保障工作,使作战使用需求与装备综合保障紧密结合,进一步提高了保障综合效益。同时,分析了在航舰船基于战备完好性的装备综合保障方法,提出了实施过程和主要工作内容,对指导开展舰船装备综合保障工作具有一定的指导意义。
