笔者所在单位在全国各地建立了京外中心,如何对这些地方进行高效的业务培训,是一个极大难题。笔者通过对相关问题的收集和对国内外主流培训平台、相关单位的调研,从整体上提出了构建包括“智能化备课”、“学习地图”、“培训资源点体系”等功能的全国范围内业务培训平台的构思。希望能借此缓解企事业单位教师数量不足、教师水平参差不齐,培训标准执行不一致等问题,并能促进培训资源统一管理、充分实现资源共享和降低培训成本。
The author’s unit has set up a Beijing-based center across the country. How to train these places in an efficient manner is a big problem. Through the collection of related issues and the investigation of the mainstream training platforms and relevant units both at home and abroad, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to build a system of “resource preparation”, “learning map”, “training resource point system” And other functions of the national business training platform for the idea. It is hoped that this will alleviate the problems such as the shortage of teachers in enterprises and institutions, the uneven level of teachers and the inconsistent implementation of training standards, and promote the unified management of training resources so as to fully realize resource sharing and reduce training costs.
