目的 了解江苏省嗜人按蚊分布范围和分布区环境特征。方法 在原有嗜人按蚊分布及近年来以乡为单位疟疾发病率超过 0 .1%的县市 ,进行嗜人按蚊分布调查 ;在盱眙、六合 2县每县选5个乡、每乡 3个村进行嗜人按蚊分布区环境特征调查。结果 2 0世纪 90年代以来嗜人按蚊分布于江浦、六合、仪征、盱眙、洪泽 5县。嗜人按蚊分布区植被为树林、灌木和农作物等 ;河流、湖泊、池塘、沟渠密布 ;土壤为黄沙 (粘 )土、黄棕壤土、黑土、灰土、潮土 5种 ,其中黄沙 (粘 )土占 66.7% ,有机物含量 1.8% -2 .5 % ;水田面积占可耕地总面积的 69.5 % ,10 0 %种植单季稻 ,稻田农药年使用量平均为 18.9kg/ hm2。结论 江苏省嗜人按蚊分布区范围正在逐渐减小 ,该蚊的种群比例也正在下降 ,但这些地区自然环境仍较适宜嗜人按蚊孳生 ,因此在疟疾发病率较高和局部出现暴发点的地区 ,仍必须加强嗜人按蚊监测
Objective To understand the distribution and environmental characteristics of Anopheles anthropophagus in Jiangsu Province. Methods Anopheles anthropophagus was investigated in the distribution of the original Anopheles anthropophagus and the counties and cities where the incidence of malaria in rural areas was over 0.1% in recent years. Five townships were selected for each county in Qionglai and Luhe 2 counties, Three villages were surveyed on the environmental characteristics of Anopheles anthropophagus. Results Anopheles anthropophagus distributed in Jiangpu, Liuhe, Yizheng, Xunyi and Hongze counties since the 1990s. Anopheles anopheles distribution of vegetation for the woods, shrubs and crops; rivers, lakes, ponds, trenches; soil yellow sand (sticky) soil, yellow brown soil, black soil, lime soil, Sticky) accounted for 66.7% of the soil, organic matter content of 1.8% -2.5%; paddy field area accounted for 69.5% of the total area of arable land, 100% planting single cropping paddy, rice paddy average annual use of 18.9kg / hm2. Conclusion The range of Anopheles anthropophagus in Jiangsu Province is gradually decreasing and the population proportion of this mosquito is also declining. However, the natural environment in these areas is still more suitable for breeding Anopheles anthropophagus. Therefore, with a high incidence of malaria and some outbreaks , It is still necessary to strengthen the monitoring of Anopheles anthropophagus
