在我国北方,白纹伊蚊叮咬的人群皮肤反应显然较淡色库蚊叮咬反应强烈,尤其是儿童反应更为严重。为了解其原因本研究进行淡色库蚊和白纹伊蚊的体液、唾液腺的蛋白分析及免疫抗体交叉反应的比较。经过SDS-PAGE的分析,雄性白纹伊蚊体液有20条蛋白带,分子量由14.5-119kDa;雌性伊蚊有22条带,分子量14.5-119kDa,共同抗原19条带。雄性库蚊有20条带,雌性有25条带,比雄性多5条,分子量皆由15~119kDa。唾液腺:伊蚊有12条带,分子量从21-118kDa;库蚊有15条带,分子量为15-118kDa,有6条带分子量相同。两种不同蚊虫分别以50只蚊叮咬小鼠后,取小鼠血清分别与库蚊、伊蚊唾液腺抗原进行间接免疫荧光试验。伊蚊抗原与抗体反应滴度为140,库蚊抗原与抗体反应滴度为180,伊蚊抗体与库蚊抗原有交叉反应,滴度120,库蚊叮咬小鼠的抗体与伊蚊抗原反应为140。
In the northern part of our country, the skin reaction of the population of Aedes albopictus bites was significantly stronger than that of Culex pipiens pallens, especially in children. In order to understand its reason, the present study compared the body fluid and salivary gland protein of Salmonella and Aedes albopictus and the cross-reaction of immune antibody. After SDS-PAGE analysis, there are 20 protein bands in the body fluid of Ae. Albopictus, the molecular weight is 14.5-119kDa; the female Aedes mosquito has 22 bands, the molecular weight is 14.5-119kDa and 19 common bands. Male Culex mosquitoes have 20 bands, 25 female bands, more than five male, the molecular weight by 15 ~ 119kDa. Salivary gland: Aedes mosquito has 12 bands, molecular weight from 21-118kDa; Culex mosquito has 15 bands, the molecular weight of 15-118kDa, 6 bands with the same molecular weight. Two different mosquitoes, respectively, after 50 mosquito bite mice, mouse serum and Culex pipiens pallens and Aedes mosquito salivary gland antigen indirect immunofluorescence test. Aedes antigen and antibody reaction titer of 140, Culex antigen and antibody reaction titer of 180, Aedes antibody and Culex pipiens antigens cross-reaction, titer of 120, Culex pipiens bite mice antibody and Aedes antigen reaction was 140.
