目的探讨弹性髓内针治疗儿童股骨骨折的疗效。方法回顾性分析20例采用弹性髓内针治疗股骨骨折的患儿临床资料。结果 20例患儿均功能恢复良好,术后5～6个月拔除髓内针,未发生明显肢体短缩、过度生长、感染、骨不连、畸形愈合、断针等并发症,膝关节活动正常。结论弹性髓内针固定技术具有操作方便、固定可靠、骨折愈合快、并发症少等优点,是目前治疗儿童股骨骨折的一种较好方法。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of elastic intramedullary nail in the treatment of femoral fractures in children. Methods The clinical data of 20 children with femoral fractures treated with elastic intramedullary nailing were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the 20 cases recovered well, and the intramedullary nail was removed 5 to 6 months after operation. There was no significant shortening of limbs, overgrowth, infection, nonunion, malunion, broken needles and other complications, knee joint activity normal. Conclusion Flexible intramedullary nail fixation has the advantages of convenient operation, reliable fixation, fast fracture healing and few complications. It is a good method for the treatment of femoral fractures in children.
