随着医疗卫生事业改革的逐步深入及中国加入WTO,医院人才竞争关系到医院的生存和发展。国有医院可借鉴外资、合资合作医院的人才竞争策略,增强人才竞争力。 一、外资、合资医院赢得人才竞争的策略 (一)提供高薪和优厚待遇:外资、合资医院常常对人才许以高薪和优厚待遇,甚至实行高额配股制度,吸引高级技术及管理人才。
With the gradual deepening of the reform of the medical and health care industry and China’s accession to the WTO, competition for hospital personnel has a bearing on the survival and development of the hospital. State-owned hospitals can use foreign talents, joint ventures and cooperative hospitals for talent competition strategies to enhance their competitiveness. First, foreign and joint venture hospitals to win the talent competition strategy (A) to provide high-paying and generous treatment: foreign capital, joint venture hospitals often promise high pay and generous treatment of talent, and even implement a high share placement system to attract senior technology and management personnel.
