为了研究成形道次对U形件辊弯成形过程中应力、应变及回弹的影响,使用有限元软件ANSYS建立模型,利用ANSYS的动态显式算法,对不同机架间距下板料在辊弯成形过程中圆角处应力、应变规律进行了研究,利用其静态隐式算法分析了机架间距对U形件回弹量的影响。结果发现,板料成形过程中,随着机架间距的改变,U形件圆角处的应力、应变值及回弹量均变化不大。
In order to study the effect of forming pass on the stress, strain and springback during U-shaped roll forming, the finite element software ANSYS was used to establish the model. By using the dynamic explicit algorithm of ANSYS, In the process of forming, the stress and strain at the fillet are studied, and the influence of the rack spacing on the springback of the U-shaped part is analyzed by the static implicit algorithm. The results showed that the stress, strain and rebound value of the U-shaped fillet changed little with the change of the rack spacing during the sheet forming process.
