针对宝钢 3号高炉因安装冷却筒需要在炉壳上开孔问题 ,依据宝钢 3号高炉实际情况 ,进行炉壳整体应力计算。并以此为依据 ,模拟高炉炉壳开孔的各种模型 ,分别进行高炉炉壳开孔强度弹性应力计算、塑性应力计算以及屈曲应力计算。为验证计算的可靠性 ,制作了光弹性实验模型 ,进行光弹性应力分析 ,得到与有限元弹性应力计算相吻合的结果
In order to solve the problem that the blast furnace of Baosteel No.3 blast furnace needs to be perforated on the furnace shell, the overall stress of the furnace shell is calculated according to the actual situation of Baosteel No.3 blast furnace. Based on this, various models of blast furnace shell opening were simulated, and the elastic stress calculation, plastic stress calculation and buckling stress calculation of open-hearth shell strength were carried out respectively. In order to verify the reliability of the calculation, a photoelastic experimental model was made and the photoelastic stress analysis was carried out. The result is in good agreement with the finite element elastic stress calculation
