近年来,江西省赣州地区南河水电厂以积极的姿态,稳妥的步伐,大胆的尝试,努力抓住机遇,逐步转换企业经营机制,深化内部改革。经营方向以“一业为主,多种经营,综合发展”,取得了明显的成效,多次被水利部表彰为“全国小水电优秀单位”;1992年被省企协和水利厅分别表彰为“全省优秀管理企业”及“优秀企业管理单位”,同时被地区地委、行署授予“地级文明单位”称号。我们在转换经营机制过程中的主要做法是:
In recent years, the Nanhe hydropower plant in the Ganzhou region of Jiangxi Province has taken a positive attitude, a steady pace, and a bold attempt to seize the opportunity to gradually transform its operating mechanism and deepen internal reforms. The business direction is “mainly one industry, diversified operations, and comprehensive development” and has achieved remarkable results.
