以PDA为基础 ,分别加入松口蘑土、松枝、松针、糙皮侧耳菌丝和麦麸浸汁 ,制备成琼脂培养基 ,对照PDA和浜田氏培养基培养松口蘑纯菌丝。结果表明 ,糙皮侧耳菌丝麦麸汁培养基的效果明显优于包括浜田氏培养基在内的其它配方 ,松口蘑土培养基也有良好表现。松口蘑菌丝在不同培养基上形成的菌落特征也不尽相同。进一步的试验结果表明 ,在采用几种不同真菌菌丝为原料制成的菌丝麦麸汁培养基上 ,松口蘑菌丝生长速度的差异并不明显
PDA-based, were added pine mushrooms, pine, pine needles, Pleurotus ostreatus and wheat bran dipping juice, prepared into agar medium, PDA and Hamada culture medium pure fungus Tricholoma. The results showed that the effect of Pleurotus ostreatus wheat bran medium was better than that of other tissues including Hamada’s medium, and Matsutake mushroom medium also had good performance. Tricholoma mushroom mycelium in different media formed on the characteristics of colonies are not the same. Further tests showed that the mycelial growth rate of Tricholoma matsutake was not significantly different on mycelia of wheat bran medium made from several different mycelium fungi
