该文对 14个毛白杨三倍体无性系和 6个二倍体无性系盆栽苗的光合垂直变化和功能叶净光合速率进行了测定 ,对光合指标与生长的相关性进行了分析 .结果表明三倍体无性系和二倍体无性系的光合垂直变化基本趋势相似 ,但在光合速率的波动幅度上存在着差异 .生长快的三倍体无性系下部叶片能维持较高的光合速率 .功能叶净光合速率在无性系间存在显著的差异 ,各光合指标与苗高和地径的相关均达到显著或极显著的水平 ,其中以净光合速率×总叶面积与生长的相关最紧密 ,相关系数在 0 80以上 .
In this paper, the vertical photosynthetic changes and net photosynthetic rate of functional leaves of 14 Populus tomentosa clones and 6 diploid clones were determined, and the correlation between photosynthesis and growth was analyzed.The results showed that The trends of photosynthetic vertical changes of triploids and diploid clones were similar, but there were differences in the fluctuation range of photosynthetic rate.The rapid growth of the lower leaves of triploid clones could maintain higher photosynthetic rate. There were significant differences in net photosynthetic rate of leaves between clones. The correlations between photosynthetic indexes and seedling height and diameter reached significant or extremely significant levels, of which the net photosynthetic rate × total leaf area was most closely correlated with the growth The coefficient is above 0 80.
