The name of Bobai Morganton, who combines craftsmanship with mass furniture, is known in Japan. When it comes to Denmark’s modern design, always refers to the designer. What deserves special mention is his consistent view that even in Danish design, attention should be given to quality public furniture and its mass production. Discovering the origins of Danish Modern Design Borg Morgensen was born in Arlgger, Denmark, in 1914. At the age of twenty, he finished his course on furniture makers. From 1936 to 1938, studied at the craft school in Copenhagen, 1938 ~ 1941 at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts specializing in furniture design. At this point he had entered the prestigious design houses of Carl Clint and Morgens Coho, hailed as pioneers of Danish modern design, where he learned fundamentally from life
