目的:采用系统预试法对合阳蔓菁中可能含有的化学成分进行了研究,并研究了其对小鼠胃肠功能的影响。方法:采用试管反应法,对合阳蔓菁的石油醚、95%乙醇、酸性乙醇、水提液进行研究,通过多种指示剂的显色反应或沉淀反应,鉴定了其可能含有的化学成分。采用甲基橙实验和炭末推进法来研究合阳蔓菁水提液对小鼠胃排空和小肠运动功能的影响。结果:合阳蔓菁中含有糖类、氨基酸、蛋白质、有机酸、生物碱、植物甾醇类等化学成分。合阳蔓菁促进小鼠胃排空,增强小鼠小肠推进运动。结论:初步确定了合阳蔓菁含有的化学成分,结合药理学实验结果,为其资源的进一步开发利用提供了实验基础。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents possibly contained in Helicoverpa armigera by systematic pre-test and to study its effect on gastrointestinal function in mice. Methods: The tube oil was used to study the petroleum ether, 95% ethanol, acidic ethanol and water extract of Cunninghamia lanceolata. The chemical constituents that may be contained were identified through the color reaction or precipitation reaction of various indicators. . Methyl orange experiment and charcoal propulsion method were used to study the effects of aqueous extract of Hemiplegia sanguis on gastric emptying and small intestine motility in mice. Results: There are sugars, amino acids, proteins, organic acids, alkaloids, phytosterols and other chemical components in the co-Jingyang. Heyang smear promotes gastric emptying in mice and enhances small intestine propulsion. CONCLUSION: The chemical constituents of Cynanchum yunnanensis are preliminarily determined, and combined with the experimental results of pharmacology, provide the experimental basis for the further development and utilization of its resources.
