作为肢体语言的舞蹈艺术,是一种依赖富有节奏韵律的形体动态来表现社会现象和人的思想、情感、观念的艺术。它贴近生活,丰富多彩,为人们所接受和喜爱。舞蹈以其生动的形象、多彩的舞姿、神采飞扬的精神风貌,吸引着人们在审美的意境中畅游,在舞蹈中陶冶情操,净化心灵,锻炼体魄,提升素养。这就决定了舞蹈教学在整个素质教育中不可忽视的地位。在教学中,教师不仅要加强对学生进行舞蹈训练,还要通过舞蹈教学提高学生的审美能力,陶冶学生的情操,达到使学生身心愉悦的目的。
As a body language, dance art is an art that relies on rhythmic body dynamics to express social phenomena and people’s thoughts, feelings and ideas. It is close to life, colorful, accepted and loved by people. With its vivid image, colorful dancing posture and splendid spirit, the dance attracts people to take a swim in the aesthetic mood, cultivate sentiments in the dance, purify the mind, exercise their physique and enhance their accomplishments. This determines the dance teaching in the entire quality education can not be ignored position. In teaching, teachers should not only strengthen the students ’dance training, but also improve the students’ aesthetic ability through dance teaching and cultivate the sentiments of the students so as to achieve the purpose of making the students enjoy physical and mental pleasure.
