利用XD法制备了TiC/2618复合材料,并对其制备工艺、微观组织及再结晶规律进行了研究。结果表明:复合材料中TiC颗粒尺寸细小(<1μm)、表面光洁、与基体相容性好,且与2618合金相比,其再结晶温度提高约50℃。
The TiC / 2618 composites were prepared by XD method, and their preparation, microstructure and recrystallization were studied. The results show that the TiC particles in the composites are very small (<1μm) with smooth surface and good compatibility with the matrix, and the recrystallization temperature is about 50 ℃ higher than that of the 2618 alloy.
