目的分析深圳市医疗质量与绩效评价的改革历程及改革成效,为进一步推进城市公立医院绩效评价改革提供参考与借鉴。方法以公立医院绩效评价为切入点,分阶段论述深圳市实践探索历程。结果深圳市2002年开始建立医疗质量整体评估制度,伴随着国家医药卫生体制改革进程和深圳医疗卫生事业的发展,经过多阶段的改革与发展,其公立医院绩效评价科学性、专业性、精确性逐步提升。结论深圳市公立医院医疗质量与绩效评价始终紧扣时代脉搏,"指挥棒"效果明显,对提升公立医院医疗质量、维护公益性、保障可持续发展起到了较好的引导和
