基于描述逻辑和规则的本体表达方式与关系数据库表达方式相比较,具有更强的语义表述能力,能解决关系数据库传统表达方式存在的问题。结合在危机事件管理和应急决策方面的研究成果,建立基于描述逻辑和规则的突发危机事件本体知识库,完成从关系数据库语义到本体相应部分的转换,并且通过原型系统的实现来验证该方法的有效性,支持逻辑推理和知识发现。
Compared with relational database, the ontology based on description logic and rules has stronger ability of semantic representation and can solve the problems existing in the traditional expression of relational database. Based on the research results of crisis management and emergency decision-making, this paper establishes an ontology knowledge base of sudden crisis events based on description logic and rules, completes the conversion from the relational database semantics to corresponding parts of ontology, and verifies the method through the realization of prototype system The effectiveness of support for logical reasoning and knowledge discovery.
