知识管理与高校图书馆人力资源开发和管理研究是近年来我国理论界和图书馆管理实践中分别提出的重大课题。本文以知识管理为研究平台,在指出知识管理和人力资源管理结合点的基础上,结合图书馆管理学和现代人力资源开发与管理的新理论,以及知识经济时代和市场经济的新时期高校图书馆管理模式和服务方式、内容的新变化,对高校图书馆人力资源的现状、高校图书馆人力资源开发和管理的必要性进行了系统分析,对高校图书馆人力资源开发和管理的新思路和具体措施进行了深入探讨。
Knowledge management and the research of human resources development and management of university libraries are major issues put forward respectively by the theoretical circles and the library management practices in our country in recent years.
