运用空间啮合原理求出超环面行星蜗杆机构含误差的啮合方程,求出各误差的影响系数。综合考虑加工成本、尺寸因素、装配性能等工程实际,结合各误差的影响系数,提出了超环面行星蜗杆机构改进最佳极限偏差分配法,对超环面传动关键零件误差进行合理分配,并给出实际算例。以上研究为超环面行星蜗杆机构的精度规范打下基础,将促进超环面行星蜗杆传动机构在工程实际中的推广应用。
The space meshing principle was used to find out the meshing error equation of the toroidal worm mechanism, and the influence coefficient of each error was obtained.
