目的:提高 FMS设备故障诊断和排除的速度,加快维修需求的响应能力以及降低停机维修的费用,提高全球规范服务能力。方法:将 FMS设备和监测计算机与 Internet相连,利用 LabVIEW进行数据传输和分析,用 VRML虚拟现实技术进行图象传输。结果:提出了基于 Internet的 FMS远程故障诊断系统的总体框架及具体的信号采集和传输方法,建立了远程故障诊断专家系统,实现远程数据和图象传输,可以对异地设备进行监测和诊断。
OBJECTIVE: To speed up the troubleshooting and troubleshooting of FMS equipment, speed up the response to maintenance needs, and reduce downtime maintenance costs and improve global regulatory service capabilities. Methods: The FMS equipment and monitoring computer are connected to the Internet, the data are transmitted and analyzed by LabVIEW, and the images are transmitted by VRML virtual reality technology. Results: The overall framework of FMS remote fault diagnosis system based on Internet and the method of signal acquisition and transmission were put forward. A remote fault diagnosis expert system was established to realize the remote data and image transmission. It could monitor and diagnose the remote equipment.
