目的通过了解该建设项目所产生的职业病危害及其危害程度,评价其防护对策和管理措施,提出预防职业病危害的建议。方法采用职业卫生调查和检测、职业健康检查和检查表法,全面客观地对该项目的职业病危害控制效果作出评价。结果该项目所存在的主要职业病危害因素有噪声、振动、汽油、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、二氧化氮、二氧化硫、锰及其无机化合物、臭氧、粉尘(电焊烟尘、砂轮磨尘)、高温、紫外辐射、工频电场等。其中化学毒物检测合格率为96.6%,噪声检测合格率为43.7%,粉尘和其他物理因素检测合格率为100%。结论本项目属于职业病危害较重的建设项目,需进一步改进和完善噪声防护措施。
Objective To understand the hazards and harm of occupational diseases caused by this construction project, evaluate its protective measures and management measures, and put forward suggestions on preventing the harm of occupational diseases. Methods Occupational health survey and testing, occupational health examination and checklist method were used to evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards of the project in a comprehensive and objective manner. Results The main occupational hazards of the project were noise, vibration, gasoline, benzene, toluene, xylene, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, manganese and its inorganic compounds, ozone, dust (welding dust, ), High temperature, UV radiation, power frequency electric field and so on. Including chemical poisoning pass rate of 96.6%, noise detection pass rate of 43.7%, dust and other physical testing pass rate was 100%. Conclusion This project belongs to the construction projects with heavy occupational hazards, and the noise protection measures need to be further improved and perfected.
