目的:系统评价5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)对扁平疣治疗的疗效和安全性。方法:计算机检索万方数据、维普期刊、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、Pubmed数据库及EBSCO数据库自1990年1月—2015年9月间文献,依照拟定的纳入和排除标准进行文献筛选和质量评价,采用Review Manager 5.2软件对纳入的文献进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入6个随机对照试验,共计547例患者。Meta分析结果示ALA-PDT治疗扁平疣在复发率及不良反应方面优于CO2激光和液氮冷冻治疗,在痊愈率方面优于外用咪喹莫特乳膏。结论:ALA-PDT对治疗扁平疣有较好的疗效和安全性,值得临床应用。
Objective: To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT) in the treatment of flat warts. Methods: The documents of Wanfang data, VIP magazine, CNKI, Pubmed database and EBSCO database from January 1990 to September 2015 were searched by computer, and the documents were screened and quality evaluated according to the proposed inclusion and exclusion criteria , Meta-analysis of the included literature using Review Manager 5.2 software. Results: A total of 6 RCTs were enrolled in a total of 547 patients. Meta-analysis showed that ALA-PDT was superior to CO2 laser and liquid nitrogen cryotherapy in recurrence and adverse reactions, and was superior to topical imiquimod cream in cure rate. Conclusion: ALA-PDT has good curative effect and safety for the treatment of flat warts, which is worthy of clinical application.
