反应停(Thalidomide)能有效地治疗瘤型麻风的结节性红斑(ENL)反应,但ENL的发病机理尚不明,曾推测它由于或至少是伴有T细胞亚群急性失调。为测定是否反应停会影响T细胞亚群的免疫平衡,用单克隆抗体Leu-1,Leu-2a,Leu-3a和Leu-7荧光标记的方法分别测定T细胞总数、Ts、 T_H和自然杀伤细胞。另用荧光标记的兔抗人IgGF(ab’)_2测定B细胞。6例健康男性志愿者,口服反应停,每12小时100mg,共4天。在0天及4、18天时采末梢静脉血,观察各种淋巴细胞及其亚群的变化。结果,用药4天后,T_H/T_S率下降(P<0.001),
Thalidomide is effective in treating the nodular erythema (ENL) response of neoplastic leprosy. However, the pathogenesis of ENL is unknown. It has been postulated that it is due to, or at least associated with, an acute dysregulation of T-cell subsets. In order to determine whether the response would affect the immune balance of T cell subsets, the total number of T cells, Ts, T_H and natural killer cell. B cells were also assayed with fluorescently labeled rabbit anti-human IgGF (ab ’) 2. 6 healthy male volunteers, oral response to stop every 100 hours for 12 hours, a total of 4 days. Peripheral venous blood was collected on days 0 and 4 and 18, and the changes of various lymphocytes and their subpopulations were observed. Results, 4 days after treatment, T_H / T_S rate decreased (P <0.001)
