社会资本具有多层次性,个体社会资本向企业社会资本的转化是新创企业获取创业资源、弥补新进入缺陷的重要途径。本文在回顾个体与组织契合理论、新创企业社会资本和社会资本跨层次研究的基础上,提出社会资本跨层次契合的构念;通过对基础资源观、契合理论、社会资本理论和激励理论的交叉整合,对这一构念进行了演绎式理论建构;结合社会资本的关系、结构、认知三个维度,将新企业社会资本跨层次契合的过程解构为识别、联结和内化三个阶段;并基于现有研究的不足提出若干未来研究发展的建议。本文的研究有助于厘清社会资本跨层次之间的内在作用机制,为后续研究提供新的思路。
Social capital is multi-layered, and the transformation of individual social capital into corporate social capital is an important way for start-up enterprises to obtain entrepreneurial resources and make up for new ones. On the basis of reviewing the individual-organization fit theory, the social capital of start-ups and the social capital cross-level study, this paper puts forward the concept of cross-level social capital. By analyzing the concept of fundamental resources, fit theory, social capital and incentive theory Cross-integration, the concept of deductive theory of the construction of this concept; combined with the social capital of the three dimensions of the relationship between the three dimensions of social capital, the new corporate social capital cross-level deconstruction of identification, integration and internalization of three stages ; And based on the lack of existing research put forward some suggestions for future research and development. The research in this article helps to clarify the internal mechanism of cross-level social capital and provide new ideas for follow-up research.
