在行业竞争日趋激烈的背景下,企业越来越倾向于寻找那些善于接受挑战、承担责任、抵抗压力的高素质人才。特别是在IT、房产、贸易、咨询、传媒等行业,那些销售、客户服务、公关等一些压力较大的岗位或是企业的中高层管理岗位,会经常遇到各种各样的压力。压力面试被广泛应用于招聘之中的原因盖源于此。一些跨国公司和国内大型的民营企业已把压力面试作为招聘的一个必要环节。
