采用高频电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定了非育珠背角无齿蚌软组织中锰(Mn)、铁(Fe)、锌(Zn)、铬(Cr)、铝(AI)、铜(Cu)六种微量元素及钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)的含量,分析了各种元素在不同软组织中的分布特征。结果表明:(1)在软组织中,各元素平均含量由高到低依次为:Ca,Mn,Mg,Fe,Zn,Al,Cr,Cu;(2)背角无齿蚌不同软组织中微量元素的含量不同,其中瓣鳃和外套膜中所测元素含量高于其他器官,特别是Mn,Fe的含量最高;Mn的含量甚至超过了宏量元素Mg;Al是闭壳肌中含量最丰富的微量元素。
The contents of Mn, Fe, Zn, Cr, Al (AI) in soft tissue of Anodonta brachillae in non-cultured peal horn were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) ), Copper (Cu), calcium (Ca) and magnesium (Mg) in the soft tissues of the soft tissues. The distribution characteristics of various elements in different soft tissues were analyzed. The results showed that: (1) In soft tissue, the average contents of all the elements were Ca, Mn, Mg, Fe, Zn, Al, Cr and Cu in descending order; The content of element in gill and mantle was higher than that in other organs, especially the content of Mn and Fe was the highest; the content of Mn even exceeded that of macro element Mg; Al was the most abundant Trace elements.
