基于任务中国663个任务的样本数据,分析了众包竞赛中雇主特征、任务特征和任务竞争对雇主绩效的影响及解答者提交数量的中介作用。结果表明:雇主特征维度中,雇主信用正向影响雇主绩效,而任务发布数量却负向影响雇主绩效;任务特征维度中,完善任务描述及较高悬赏金额有助于提高雇主绩效,但任务持续时间负向影响雇主绩效;任务竞争维度中,解答方案的提交数量除对雇主绩效有正向影响外,还在任务特征和雇主绩效关系之间起中介作用;任务交流的负向反馈则会降低雇主绩效。
Based on the sample data of 663 missions in China, the paper analyzes the impact of employer characteristics, mission characteristics and task competition on employer performance in crowdsourcing and the intermediary role of respondents in submitting them. The results show that employers’ credit positively affects the employer’s performance in the feature dimension of employer, while the number of task issuance negatively affects the employer’s performance.
