分析了金陵石油化工公司炼油厂二套常减压装置加热炉存在的因蒸汽吹灰器漏水 ,蒸汽引起露点腐蚀及吹灰效果差造成对流室积灰 ,排烟温度高 ,烟气热量未回收利用以及炉子保温衬里效果差等问题 ,提出采用声波除灰系统、烟气回收系统、纤维喷涂和岩棉喷涂及相应的流程调整等改造措施 .测定结果表明 ,本次技术改造解决了因蒸汽吹灰器漏水所造成的露点腐蚀问题 ,提高了保温效果 ,减少散热损失 1 .2 5 % ,排烟温度降至 1 70℃左右 ,装置的炉效率由 83 %左右提高到 90 %以上 .
