玫瑰茄(Hibiscus Sabdoriffa Linn)是锦葵科木槿属一年生草本植物.原产印度和我国台湾冲绳.漳浦大南坂农场于1956年从广州引进6料种子试种成功,第三年推广到省内各国营农场.玫瑰茄花萼,酸甜适口,营养丰富.经分析,含水分82.49%,灰分1.26%,固形物7.39%,柠檬酸3.31%,还原糖0.82%,蔗糖0.24%,其他4.49%.花萼提取的色素,是食品工业的天然染料.鲜花萼可直接加工果
Hibiscus Sabdoriffa Linn is an annual herb of Malvaceae Hibiscus, native to India and Taiwan, Okinawa, Japan. Zhangpu Da Nanban Farm successfully introduced 6 seed trials from Guangzhou in 1956 and was promoted to the province in the third year Rosaceae calyx, sweet and sour taste, rich nutrition.After analysis, the water content is 82.49%, the ash content is 1.26%, the solid content is 7.39%, the citric acid is 3.31%, the reducing sugar is 0.82%, the sucrose is 0.24% and the other is 4.49%.
