针对某市微蜂窝基站的优化设计方案的评价问题,研究并比较了基于集对分析、物元理论和模糊数学的三种评价方法。基于物元理论的优度评价法具有两个显著特点:一是用∧描述非满足不可的条件;二是由于关联函数的值可正可负,因而优度可以反映一个对象的利弊程度,但其评价结果依赖于经典域的确定。而集对分析评价法避免了这些依赖因素,联系度的i,j的取值可根据实际问题加以调整,具有灵活性。集对分析评价方法概念清晰、计算简明、快速便捷、可信度高。基于模糊数学的优选法考虑模糊因素的影响,以不精确的方式处理不精确的信息而得到较“精确”的结果。不足之处是相对优隶属度矩阵在方案较多时计算繁琐,不利于决策。
Aiming at the evaluation of the optimal design scheme of a micro-cell base station in a certain city, three evaluation methods based on set pair analysis, matter element theory and fuzzy mathematics are studied and compared. The goodness-of-merit method based on matter-element theory has two notable features: one is that ∧ is used to describe the non-satisfiable conditions; the other is that because the value of the correlation function is positive or negative, the goodness can reflect the degree of pros and cons of an object, The evaluation results depend on the determination of the classical domain. The set pair analysis and evaluation method to avoid these dependent factors, the degree of contact i, j value can be adjusted according to actual problems, with flexibility. Set pair analysis and evaluation method is clear in concept, concise in calculation, quick and convenient, and high in credibility. The optimization method based on fuzzy mathematics considers the influence of fuzzy factors, and inaccurately processes inaccurate information to obtain more accurate results. The disadvantage is that the relative superior membership matrix in the program more complicated calculation is not conducive to decision-making.
