目的探讨医用小砂轮标志物辅助CT扫描在颅内肿瘤术前定位的应用方法及临床意义。方法对象为2014年1月至2016年5月在我院手术治疗的75例颅内肿瘤患者,确定患者CT或MRI上肿瘤与临近头皮的三维位置关系,初步设计头皮切口位置,并粘贴医用小砂轮于头皮作为标记点,复查颅脑CT,观察预先粘贴头皮的小砂轮与颅内肿瘤的位置关系,术前经定位后再设计更合适的手术切口位置进行手术。结果 75例颅内肿瘤术前患者经用小砂轮辅助CT扫描进行术前定位后,术中头皮切口位置与颅内肿瘤位置无明显偏差。结论医用小砂轮标志物辅助CT扫描进行术前定位,准确定位头皮切口位置,简易、经济、实用,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the application and clinical significance of the assistant small-wheeled wheel marker-assisted CT scan in the preoperative localization of intracranial tumors. Methods From January 2014 to May 2016, 75 patients with intracranial tumors who underwent surgery in our hospital were enrolled. The three-dimensional position of the tumor on the scalp and the adjacent scalp on the CT or MRI was determined. The scalp incision location was preliminarily designed and the medical small Grinding wheel in the scalp as a marker, review of brain CT, pre-stick the scalp observed small grinding wheel and the relationship between intracranial tumors preoperative positioning and then design a more appropriate surgical incision for surgery. Results 75 cases of intracranial tumors preoperative patients with small wheel assisted CT scan preoperative positioning, the location of intraoperative scalp incision and intracranial tumor position no significant deviation. Conclusion The medical small wheel marks assist CT scan for preoperative positioning, accurate positioning scalp incision position, simple, economical and practical, worthy of clinical promotion.
