通过问卷调查的形式对广州地区女硕士研究生就业期望现状调查,研究发现:女硕士研究生就业期望定位较高,主要体现在就业地点和单位性质两方面;女硕士研究生就业意愿强烈,但是就业信心度明显不足;女硕士研究生就业目标单一,就业能力不足;女硕士研究生职业规划缺乏,就业准备不足。针对以上结果分析其影响因素,进一步提出促进女硕士研究生顺利就业的合理对策。“,”According to the questionnaire investigation on the female postgraduates’employment expectation status ,the study found that female postgraduates ‘employment expectations is higher ,and mainly is reflected the place of employment and the nature of unit;female postgraduates ‘employment consciousness is strong,but employment confidence is insufficient;fe-male postgraduates ‘employment goals are single,and lack of employment ability;female postgraduates lack of career planing, and preparation for employment is lacking. On the above results to analyze its influence factors,and further puts forward rea-sonable countermeasures to promote female graduate student employment successfully.
