工程实践表明,人工岩质边坡的稳定性是随着工期及施工中各种影响因素在不断降低,根据这一特点,借鉴隧洞工程中的新奥法,参考国内外工程实例和近年来断层岩研究成果,结合李家峡水电站边坡设计和施工中的经验与教训,依据锚筋桩和岩石变位计观测成果,配合边坡变位及应力计算,初步总结出各专业、各部门密切配合的“动态”的边坡加固设计施工新方法──新边法。其主旨在于:及时进行边坡加固;少损岩体抗剪强度;利用卸荷变形能量,以达到安全经济快速的目的。
