目的研究AFU、GGT、AFP联合检测在原发性肝癌(PHC)中的诊断价值。方法对56例PHC患者和50例对照组人群血液中AFU、GGT、AFP含量进行测定,AFU、GGT测定采用酶法,AFP测定采用电化学发光法,比较两组人群A-FU、GGT、AFP的差别,分析PHC患者AFU、GGT及AFP单项异常和联合异常检出率的差别。结果 PHC患者血液A-FU、GGT、AFP水平明显高于对照组(t值分别为7.06、10.45、65.47,均P<0.01);AFU阳性率76.79%(43/56),GGT阳性率69.64%(39/56),AFP阳性率73.21%(41/56),AFU、GGT和AFP联合检测阳性率为96.43%(54/56),明显高于单项检测指标(χ2分别为9.71、14.47、12.41,P<0.01)。结论 AFU、GGT、AFP联合测定可以提高PHC的检出率,有利于原发性肝癌的早期诊断和治疗。
Objective To study the diagnostic value of AFU, GGT and AFP in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer (PHC). Methods The concentrations of AFU, GGT and AFP in blood of 56 patients with PHC and 50 controls were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and AFP (AFP) The differences between the individual AFU, GGT and AFP single anomaly and the combined anomaly detection rate in PHC patients were analyzed. Results The blood levels of A-FU, GGT and AFP in PHC patients were significantly higher than those in control group (t = 7.06,10.45,65.47, all P <0.01); the positive rate of AFU was 76.79% (43/56), the positive rate of GGT was 69.64% (39/56). The positive rate of AFP was 73.21% (41/56). The positive rate of AFU, GGT and AFP was 96.43% (54/56), which was significantly higher than that of single test (χ2 = 9.71,14.47,12.41 , P <0.01). Conclusion The combination of AFU, GGT and AFP can improve the detection rate of PHC, which is propitious to the early diagnosis and treatment of primary liver cancer.
