本文目的在于分析脊髓灰质炎急性期和遗留瘫痪儿童脊髓运动神经元群的损伤范围及其反射兴奋性。 资料与方法 儿童50例,年龄9个月~4岁,其中20例急性脊髓灰质炎,20例脊髓灰质炎遗留瘫痪,10例健康儿童(Ⅰ组)。所有急性脊髓灰质炎患儿在瘫痪1周内(Ⅱ组)进行电生理学检查,其中10例4~6周后(Ⅲ组)再进行检查,后遗瘫痪儿童(Ⅳ组)为9~12个月以前患急性脊髓灰质炎者。对腓神经运动神经传导速度(MNCV)和标准远端运动潜伏期(SDML)进行了测量,并诱发H反射和M反应。
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the extent of injury and reflex excitability in spinal motor neuron populations in children with acute polio and left-over paralysis. Materials and Methods 50 cases of children aged 9 months to 4 years, of which 20 cases of acute poliomyelitis, 20 cases of paralysis left poliomyelitis, and 10 healthy children (group Ⅰ). All children with acute poliomyelitis underwent electrophysiological examination within 1 week of paralysis (group Ⅱ), 10 to 4 to 6 weeks later (group Ⅲ) and 9 to 12 children with paralyzed paralysis (group Ⅳ) Months before suffering from acute poliomyelitis. Peroneal nerve motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV) and standard distal motor latency (SDML) were measured and H reflex and M responses were induced.
