本文通过构建产品保证模型并进行数值处理分析,研究在基本保证期内和延长保证期内分别使用最小维修策略(MR)、预防性维修策略(PM)、不完全最小维修策略(IMR)、完全最小维修策略(CMR)等混合策略对产品利润和期望保证费用的影响,其研究表明:基本保证期分别使用MR和PM策略后,其延长保证期内采用MR、IMR策略只适合短期和长期的产品保证,而在延长保证期内使用CMR、PM策略只适合中期的产品保证.
In this paper, by building a product assurance model and performing numerical analysis, we study whether the minimum maintenance strategy (MR), preventive maintenance strategy (PM), incomplete minimum maintenance strategy (IMR) Minimum maintenance strategy (CMR) and other hybrid strategies on product profits and expected guarantee costs, the study shows that: the basic guarantee period after using the MR and PM strategies, the extension of the guarantee period using MR, IMR strategy is only suitable for short-term and long-term Product Warranty, and extended use of CMR within the warranty period, PM strategy is only suitable for medium-term product assurance.
