近年来,随着我国房地产行业的飞速发展,各地房价大幅度上涨,投机性购房情况严重。在这种情况下我国提出了要全面实行房产税改革以抑制房价的过快增长。但自房产税改革提出至今只有上海和重庆作为改革的试点,别的城市却迟迟未能推行,房产税改革的推行似乎遇到了瓶颈。本文结合目前我国房产税改革所采取的措施,分析在推行这一改革过程中可能遇到的问题并提出相关的意见与建议。
In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s real estate industry, housing prices have risen sharply around the country, causing speculative buyers to be in serious condition. Under such circumstances, our country has proposed the full implementation of the property tax reform to curb the excessive growth of housing prices. However, since the property tax reform was proposed so far, only Shanghai and Chongqing have been piloted in the reform. The delay in the implementation of property tax reform seems to have encountered a bottleneck. Based on the measures taken by the current reform of real estate tax in our country, this paper analyzes the problems that may be encountered in the process of implementing this reform and puts forward relevant opinions and suggestions.
