近几年来,随着微电子技术、计算机以及材料科学的迅速发展,传感器也有了较快的发展。它的应用几乎遍及各行各业。从工业自动化监测和控制到农业种子处理和粮食贮藏,从航空和航天飞行器到水声信息检测,从机器人到汽车发动机和安全装置,从军事电子装备到家用空调机、洗衣机和微波炉,从各种医用电子设备到生物工程研究等等,都离不开各种类型的传感器。因此目前许多国家都十分重视传感器的发展。
