绩效管理的核心是提升企业的整体绩效,推动企业健康持续发展。现阶段,煤矿企业绩效管理过程中存在着认识上的误区、实践中效率较低、绩效管理目标单一、绩效考核不科学等问题,究其原因,是由于缺乏足够的认识、管理环节不科学、绩效考核指标不合理、绩效文化严重不足造成。为提高煤炭企业绩效管理效率,今后应把握以下对策:切实加强培训、构建良好的绩效文化、构建合理的绩效管理体系。
