1.引言本文是美国亨尼威尔辐射中心根据与国家宇航局Goddard宇宙飞行中心签定的合同(NAS 5-21068)进行研究的最后技术报告。所研究的是在105°K或更高温度下工作的高性能15.5微米(Hg,Cd)Te光电导红外探测器。其设计目的与技术指标如下: (1)在15.5微米处探测度D_λ~*大于5×10~9厘米·赫~(1/2)/瓦; (2)工作温度高于105°K; (3)响应时间小于50微秒。所有的设计要求都得到了满足。另外,还进行了下列测量: (1)D~*与波长的关系(105°K); (2)D~*与探测器温度的关系(在15.5微米处);
1. INTRODUCTION This paper is the final technical report of a study conducted by the United States Hennell Radiation Center on the basis of a contract signed with the NASA Goddard Cosmos Flight Center (NAS 5-21068). A high-performance 15.5-micron (Hg, Cd) Te photoconductive infrared detector operating at 105 ° K or higher was investigated. Its design objectives and technical indicators are as follows: (1) Detection of D_λ ~ * at 15.5 μm is greater than 5 × 10 ~ 9 cm · Hz ~ (1/2) / W; (2) Operating temperature is higher than 105 ° K; 3) Response time is less than 50 microseconds. All the design requirements have been met. In addition, the following measurements were also performed: (1) D ~ * wavelength dependence (105 ° K); (2) D ~ * relationship with detector temperature at 15.5 microns;
