应用流式细胞术,分析了4株肿瘤细胞(BCAP-37,BCG823,KATO,LOVO)在不同细胞周期中癌胚抗原(CEA)的含量变化。结果显示。不同细胞周期CEA含量有极显著差异(P<0,001),S和G2M期CEA含量比GOGI期显著增高。说明,在能够产生CEA的恶性肿瘤,肿瘤生长越快,恶性程度越高,CEA含量也越高。因而推想在能够产生CEA的组织中,CEA含量与细胞的增殖状态有关。处于S和G2M期的细胞比例越高,组织中CEA含量也越高。
Flow cytometry was used to analyze the changes of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) content in four cell lines (BCAP-37, BCG823, KATO, LOVO) in different cell cycles. The results show. The content of CEA in different cell cycles was significantly different (P<0,001). CE content in S and G2M phase was significantly higher than that in GOGI phase. It shows that in malignant tumors that can produce CEA, the faster the tumor growth, the higher the degree of malignancy and the higher the CEA content. Therefore, it is supposed that in the tissues that can produce CEA, the CEA content is related to the proliferation state of cells. The higher the proportion of cells in the S and G2M phases, the higher the CEA content in the tissue.
