建立了启停式曲柄飞剪的剪切性能和加速性能校核的计算模型,并利用所建模型对某热轧型材生产线上的飞剪进行了计算与分析。此计算分析过程主要考虑飞剪在剪切过程中所释放的能量能否满足剪切功要求以及飞剪电机能否在允许的启动角内使剪刃加速到所需速度。分析结果表明:可将所建立的启停式曲柄飞剪计算模型应用于飞剪性能检验和同类飞剪的优化设计。
The calculation model of shear performance and acceleration performance of start-stop crankshaft flying shear is established. And the flying shear of a hot-rolled profile production line is calculated and analyzed by the model. This calculation and analysis process mainly considers whether the energy released by the shears in the shearing process can satisfy the shearing work requirement and whether the shearing motor can accelerate the shearing edge to the required speed within the allowable starting angle. The analysis results show that this model can be used to test the flying shear performance and optimize the flying shear of the same type.
