采用免疫组织化学方法检测P53蛋白在各型肺癌组织中表达的频率和癌细胞中的部位。结果:发现P53蛋白在74例肺癌组织中有较高的表达,总阳性率达79.7%,在正常上皮细胞中未能发现突变P53。而突变P53在各类癌细胞中表达的部位可同时存在于细胞核和细胞浆中,但各组织学类型不同所占比例不一样。鳞状细胞癌、小细胞癌及大细胞癌主要在细胞浆中并分别占58.82%、66.67%、66.7%,而腺癌在细胞核中占56.25%。随着肺癌P53蛋白反应强度(+→)增强,生存期有缩短趋势。
Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the frequency of P53 protein expression in various lung cancer tissues and the sites in cancer cells. Results: It was found that P53 protein was highly expressed in 74 lung cancer tissues, and the total positive rate was 79.7%. No mutant P53 was found in normal epithelial cells. The sites where the mutant P53 is expressed in various types of cancer cells can exist in the nucleus and cytoplasm simultaneously, but the proportion of different histological types is different. Squamous cell carcinoma, small cell carcinoma, and large cell carcinoma were mainly in the cytoplasm and accounted for 58.82%, 66.67%, and 66.7%, respectively, while adenocarcinoma accounted for 56.25% of the nucleus. With the increase of the intensity of P53 protein (+→) in lung cancer, the survival period has a tendency to shorten.
