对接焊缝错边(又称对口错边量)是锅炉压力容器制造中一种常见的几何形状误差,因为在受压时会产生附加弯曲应力,影响容器的安全运行,所以JB741-80《钢制焊接压力容器技术条件》(以下简称《技术条件》)对其误差范围进行了限制。然而,《技术条件》中只规定了组装焊缝对口错边量,而时常出现的焊后错边量超标,却直接影响容器质量的准确分级、鉴定和创优,因此对焊后错边量的控制就显得十分迫切。本文介绍了组装点焊对焊后错边量的影响及其防止措施。
