目的探讨白细胞介素－１β（ＩＬ －１β）对缺氧培养神经元的作用。方法应用四唑盐比色法（ＭＴＴ）染色检测ＩＬ －１β对缺氧培养神经元存活的影响。结果ＩＬ －１β对正常培养的神经元活性无明显影响，但可显著降低缺氧培养神经元的活性。结论ＩＬ －１β可能与其他损伤因子共同作用，参与了缺氧后的病理损伤。
Objective To investigate the effect of interleukin-1β (IL-1β) on neurons under hypoxia. Methods The effect of IL-1β on the survival of hypoxic cultured neurons was detected by MTT staining. Results IL-1β had no significant effect on the neuronal activity in normal culture, but significantly reduced the neuronal activity in hypoxia. Conclusion IL-1β may be involved in other pathological damage after hypoxia.
