煤粉制备车间属于易燃易爆场所,虽然设备在制造和使用时都采取了有效措施,但由于煤质不同加大了防爆难度,系统难免会偶发燃烧和爆炸的危险。其中爆炸因素主要有煤粉的浓度、气体混合物中CO和O2含量以及温度等,对可燃气体的浓度检测是工业防爆预警的重要手段。目前常用的一氧化碳含量检测装置体积较大,预处理较为复杂,因此成本也较高。为节省投资,目前多采用单一样气处理与测量系统,配合多点取样、分时检测的模式,导致实时在线检测能力
