介绍了金属间化合物的特性,日本、美国在开发金属间化合物高温结构材料方面所采取的措施;论述了金属间化合物作为结构材料还有待进一步改善的3个主要性能指标(室温延性、高温强度和抗氧化性)及其影响因素;讨论了制备工艺对材料微观组织和力学性能的影响,在此基础上指出了金属间化合物的主要研究与发展方向。
The characteristics of intermetallic compounds, the measures taken by Japan and the United States in the development of high temperature structural materials of intermetallic compounds were introduced. Three key performance indicators (ductility at room temperature, high temperature strength and Oxidation resistance) and its influencing factors. The effects of preparation process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the materials were discussed. Based on the above, the main research and development directions of intermetallic compounds were pointed out.
