学绩测验是学生发展评价的主要方式,而我国基础教育学绩测验的现实却是弊端种种。本文从大量的调查分析入手,提出:教育管理评价体系不科学、不合理;以学绩测验为代表的学生发展性评价导向作用不良;现实学绩测验低效、不规范。以上这些,严重影响学生的健康成长。
Performance test is the main way of student development evaluation, and the reality of our basic education performance test is all kinds of drawbacks. This article starts with a large amount of investigation and analysis, and puts forward that: the evaluation system of education management is not scientific and unreasonable; the performance evaluation of students is not good; the performance test is inefficient and non-standard. These are the above, seriously affecting the healthy growth of students.
